What Shipping Methods Are Available?

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Deliveries take 1 to 3 working days and are delivered between 8am – 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). Order before 11am to receive your order tomorrow. Orders made after 11am will be delivered the day after (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays). Deliveries are made anytime between 8am – 9pm.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched you can now track your parcel, you can check the delivery status of your parcel. Please enter your ‘Order ID and Billing email’ on our ‘Track Your Oder‘ page to find out the current status of your order. 

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

To place an order, you need to have a registered account at www.peppercornshealthstore.com. It’s really easy to create one and means you won’t have to fill in your details every time you shop with us.

Do We Deliver To The EU?

Our international orders are sent via airmail to the destination country and then via your local postal service.  European orders are estimated to arrive within 5-14 workdays.

Do We Deliver Worldwide?

 Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver/ship to countries outside of the EU/Europe.

How Do I Get A Refund?

You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of your order′s estimated delivery date if you′re dissatisfied with your purchase.  Simply contact us and we will offer you a refund or a replacement. The Item will need to be unsealed and unused and in resellable condition.  Please be aware that the buyer pays return postage.  It usually takes three to five business days to deposit the funds back into your account.  In some cases, like when a bank account is used for funding, it can take up to 10 business days for your bank to deposit your money back into your account.
